I never knew this until now, but Nestea apparently tests on animals. They torment animals in deadly tea tests by cutting open their leg muscles before decapitating them. Fuck animal testing. May everyone who works for Nestea burn in hell.
There’s a video on youtube too, but I can’t watch it. I’m going to get too emotional.
I don’t understand why this is necessary. It’s ICED TEA for Christ’s sake! They’re a bunch of sadists. I say we make a petition to get nestea off our campus.
And it’s inhumane actions that they did in Johnson City, New York this week during the disastrous flood in the Binghamton NY area.
They are right by the Toys R Us, and where the JC Field Days are. AND GOT FLOODED.
They were told to evacuate and left the animals to die in…
she speaks the truth!
About 33,000 cows are killed each year to supply the NFL with leather to make footballs.
Yeah this is what disgusts me about football. My girlfriend loves football, and I wish they would just use different material.
Another reason to hate football?

Animals in laboratories suffer through years of agonizing and terrifying experiments with nothing in their future but a painful death. While PETA—through its undercover investigations, research, and advocacy campaigns—works hard to shut down these cruel institutions, you can help…
Animal testing goes on unchallenged at Binghamton University. We should protest or, at the very least, dedicate a meeting to letter writing.
Neko Case - People Got a Lot of Nerve
i’m a man eater, and still you’re surprised when i eat you.
animals don’t belong in captivity. period.
Being a vegan or a non-vegan has always been a contested issue within our group. Some people ask how a person could love animals and still eat them. The truth is that (for some people) suddenly becoming a vegan is difficult. If you feel like you can’t give up meat, there are alternatives to help offset your consumption of factory farmed animals.
- Meatless Mondays (or Tuesdays, or Wednesdays…): take a day off from eating meat and animal products once or twice a week. It’s easy, and once you get into the habit of that, you might start eating less meat every other day of the week too without noticing it.
- Buy local, organic meat: the benefits of going organic are threefold. You’re eating meat from an animal that lived a full and healthy life. They were loved and taken care of (and not bolstered up with steroids). It’s healthier; no steroids, no additives, no preservatives. The third benefit is taking money out of the hands of factory farms and putting it back into the hands of farmers who are eco and animal-friendly.
- Don’t waste meat!: if you bought it, eat it. Don’t let it sit in your freezer and let it go bad.
- Be an activist: Animals serve man as food, we can serve them by giving them a better life. If we all get together, we can change conditions in factory farms.
No one in Binghamton Animal Alliance will ever make you feel bad about not being a vegan. It’s a personal choice.
You can eat meat and make a difference.
